Guide retopo using simple planes
- Retopology based on source garment's UVs
- Constant feedback from flexible GUI
- Automatically adjusted density of connected patterns
- Built in snapping for precision
Manual density control
Additional control using edge crease & edge sharp
Keep details with subdivs & UVs
Ready for further sculpting and texturing
And more
- Select seams to seperate patterns using Edge Bevel Weight
- Relax lowpoly mesh
- Convert 3D garment to flat patterns
- Handles any shape of patterns also with darts
- Fit UVs to 1st tile
- Speed - source garment polycount doesn't matter

Release Notes:
Update 1.5 – Compatible with Blender 4.2+
Vid: https://youtu.be/Syk78-ZEXsc
- New feature – Planes Assist with Initialize Planes, Auto Fill & Output Generated Planes options for automated planes and cuts generation.
- New feature – Separate Patterns in Subdiv & Reproject will split final retopo into separate mesh islands by patterns.
- New UI Debug – Mismatch Lines – for easier navigation around the retopo.
- New debug material color modes (Patterns, Parts, Retopo Planes, None).
- New debug to indicate if 'Simplify’ is turned on in 3DtoPatterns.
- Scale GUI and Offset 3D Cloth (previously Slide Cloth) moved to the top to be more easily accessible.
- Auto Density debug „Add more cuts” is gone since now Auto Density will work in every scenario.
- Snapping will no longer merge vertices of planes together. Now Snapping (controlled by Snapping Distance) will only snap vertices to border of patterns. This should make this tool more stable – less often exploding mesh.
- Upgraded look of modifier thanks to panels in new geometry nodes.
- Fixed issue where single-face planes would influence density of edges of other planes.
- Fixed issue where circular polyloop density would be inflenced by overall density of rest of the retopo.
Update 1.2 – Compatible with Blender 4.0+
Vid: https://youtu.be/y6PtSxaDGO8
- Added support for symmetrical and mirrored patterns (details in paragraph 'Mirrored Patterns’ below)
- Added thickness (experimental)
- New Point Guide UI
- Option to not smooth UVs
- Fix: Simplify in 3DtoGarments was causing artifacts in retopo in some cases
Update 1.1 – Compatible with Blender 4.0+
- Added support for circular patterns/holes
- Added debug notifying when face of retopo plane is not a quad
Retopo cloth from marvelous. Procedural retopology using UV map. Automatically transfer details to the final mesh, keep subdivs and uvs.
